Albanian Student Association at Cornell (Albanians at Cornell)

The Albanian Student Association at Cornell, also known as Albanians at Cornell or ASAC, is a student organization at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. It exists to bring together students of Albanian descent and anyone interested in Albanian history, culture, and politics, and it operates within Cornell's student activities framework rather than as a separate nonprofit.

The group states three core aims: connecting Albanian students with each other, helping new students arriving from Albania settle into campus life, and promoting cultural diversity at Cornell through social and cultural events. Membership is open to all Albanian students and to every Cornell student who wants to take part.

Programming is centered on campus. ASAC organizes gatherings in Cornell buildings — for example, meet-ups in Ives Hall featuring Albanian conversation and food — and posts event flyers through its Instagram account, @albaniansatcornell. The Cornell CampusGroups page handles official sign-ups and lists a student-run leadership team.

Within the broader Albanian-American student landscape, ASAC sits alongside chapters at schools like Fordham, Manhattan College, Harvard, and UW–Madison, each a separate organization. For Cornell's Albanian community, ASAC is the on-campus point of contact for cultural events, peer connections, and support for incoming students from Albania.
