Ansambli Folklorik Rozafati

Ansambli Folklorik Rozafati — known on social media as Grupi Rozafati, or Rozafati Dance – The Albanian Folk Ensemble of New York — is a traditional Albanian folk dance group based in Hartsdale, NY. The ensemble operates at 361 W Hartsdale Ave, the home of Our Lady of Shkodra Church, and is described on its own Instagram as the Albanian Folk Dance Ensemble at the Mother Teresa Center of Our Lady of Shkodra.

The group trains dancers in regional Albanian valle and performs them in full traditional costume. Documented repertoire includes Vallja e Peshkatarit, Valle Tropojane, and Valle Mirditore, with choreography credited publicly to Angjelina Nika. Rehearsals run on Saturdays at the Mother Teresa Center, paired with an Albanian language class at 5 p.m. followed by Rozafati dance practice at 6 p.m., so the ensemble sits inside a broader language-and-culture program for Albanian-American families.

Rozafati is a fixture of the Our Lady of Shkodra annual Albanian Festival in New York, where it has performed at least since November 2012. That festival role makes the group one of the visible cultural pieces of the parish, which serves the wider New York and Westchester Albanian community through its Albanian-language Masses and events.

The ensemble is not separately incorporated in any public record found; it functions as a program of the church's Mother Teresa Center rather than a standalone nonprofit, and its public presence runs through its Facebook and Instagram pages.
