Yale Albanian Society

The Yale Albanian Society is a student group at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, bringing together students of Albanian heritage and classmates interested in Albanian culture. Public materials sometimes refer to it as the Yale Albanian Student Society, and the group keeps an Instagram presence at @yale_albanian_society where most of its activity is documented.

The society's documented work centers on small social and cultural gatherings on and around campus. In January 2023, it organized what it described on Instagram as the first event of the new year: a group outing to Zeneli Pizza, an Albanian-owned pizzeria in New Haven. That event captures the group's everyday character — students sharing a meal at a local Albanian business rather than running large formal programs.

Because it operates as a campus student society, the Yale Albanian Society is not a separately incorporated nonprofit and does not file IRS Form 990s.
